Karl Shifflet (blog) released Version 3 of the XAML Power Toys. More than that, it also published a few videos which explains how it works.

Wow, I’m watching the second video, and not only I learn about XAML Power Toys which are really cool tool, but I also learn about the cider designer and realized it is much better than I thought!  
It’s just that it’s not obvious all you can do with it. But thanks to this video, I’m learning.
