In a life long attempt to fight the kilogs, I am becoming vegetarian. I'm 186cm and while I don't have a scale I think I am probably around 94kg, I should loose around 20, or a bit less.

I started being a vegetarian last Thursday. And that includes no milk / cream / cheese, as the only fat vegetarians I know are the one who consume those.

Except, I confess, in the morning: 100% cocoa powder with full cream milk and sugar, with a croissant stuffed with good quality jam (*), hmm, yummy!

So far I feel light all the time, despite me eating a lot because I'm hungry! I see this whole process (being hungry, eating a lot, and staying light and a bit hungry) as a good thing! smile_tongue

Well it's only 5 days so far, will see how it is going in a couple of weeks...

 

(*) good quality jam: jam where there is a label which indicates at least 50% fruit, if not more!
